Fullstack Job: Web Developer - IT Admin

Avenir is a leading developer of design, sizing and product selection software for the North American heating and plumbing industries. We develop our own CAD-based programs, as well as custom web applications for industry-leading companies.

We are seeking a junior/intermediate full stack developer with an aptitude for network/systems administration. You will be actively engaged in real-world projects from the start, making immediate contributions to our Calgary team.

You have the following:

• Relevant degree or diploma
• Experience developing with Microsoft .NET Framework in VB or C#
• Client and Server-side web development and UI design experience (ASP.NET, Single-Page Applications, API Endpoints, Server-Side Applications, Styling, etc.)
• Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining operations on Windows Server and IIS
• Experience installing, maintaining, administering, and securing internal infrastructure

You will gain preference with:

• Understanding of development operations including continuous integration, automated test suites, source control practices, and deployment strategies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to find better solutions
• Strong communication and people skills

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
